The PositionVisit health practitioners within the area of competence, in order to promote drugs and to communicate their pharmaceutical and therapeutic characteristics, adopting adequate communication techniques and acting within the company' strategy in compliance with company policies and current regulations.Responsibilities:Ensure the activity of medical information towards the health practitioners according to a plan agreed with his/her supervisor and in compliance with the company's strategy, with the company's policies and with current regulations.In collaboration with the District Manager define local activities and steps necessary to reach the objectives in his/her area of competence.Coordinate, Co-Produce, sustain the implementation of the Regional/Local Business Plan in synergy with cross-functional team.
Update management through business review and lead at least cross functional meeting.ICP execution in case he/she will be part of it and digital channel management aligned with the customer strategy.Constantly monitor the area of his/her competence by providing information to his/her supervisor about the use of drugs and about adverse events reported by healthcare professionals in accordance with the current law requirements.Improve his/her own knowledge on the therapeutic area of his/her competence though the participation in meetings, refresher courses and self learning.Organize and plan own activities (visits, itineraries, meetings) and, on a regular basis, report to the District Manager using the available informatic tools.Apply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning Drug Scientific Information, Drug Safety and Ethical Code.Identify insights that drive deep local scientific and professional needs, clustering them, then being ambassador of the evaluation/inclusion in IBP as tailored and bottom up approaches (communication, activities, etc.
).Deliver innovative solutions also through digital technologies in order to enhance the Customer experience.Monitor activities and communication in the relevant market area in order to ensure a balanced scientific information.Contribute with accurate scientific information to the appropriate use of the drugs in the specific TA in BI portfolio.Hospital management: work in synergy with cross-functional team (Medical department/Clinical Operations/Access/MKTG/Public Affairs functions/KAM) for activity in the Hospital from different perspectives: Pts flow, diagnostic-therapeutic chain, HCP and HCO scientific and professional needs, HCP Network (local, regional, national and international), Pts and Care Givers (following strictly the compliance rules).Requirements:Masters degree (e.g.
