You wil be dealing with:
? Development and finalization of HR reports and dashboards
? Implementation of dedicated reports on a regular basis (montly and quarterly)
? Monitoring and analysis of main dynamics to interpret HR phenomena and support the related strategic actions
? Sharing information and solutions by using the available tools
? Contribution to HR Digital Transformation projects
Moroever, you will be participating in the activities related to Performance Management processes both at Head Office and at Subsidiaries levels, in terms of:
? Monitoring of KPIs, in collaboration with Divisional P&C functions, during Goal Setting and Evaluation phases
? Contribution to ensuring the respect of methodological framework
? Taking care of the relations and communications with all involved stakeholders
