IS Software Development Project Manager for Sales Configurators Bergamo

Your role and responsibilities As IS Project manager, you will be a member of a newly forming team developing and maintaining sales configurators solutions supporting the operations and customers of ABB Electrification (EL) - Distribution Solution (ELDS) and Service (ELSE).
You will be working in a cross-functional team which operates in an international environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and coach the agile development team to deliver a world-class sales configurators platform.
Each day, you will plan, prioritize, coordinate, and deliver the project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and quality.
You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Coach, inspire, mentor teams, and promote positive team dynamics to ensure members collaborate and work effectively within the team and with other teams, to manage risks and dependencies.
Facilitate team level scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to ensure full team engagement.
Collaborate with all involved internal and external parties to detect and manage dependencies and priorities.
Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
Coordinate and oversee release management activities, including planning release schedules, managing release cycles, and ensuring smooth deployment of software updates and new features across relevant systems and environments.
Ensure that all project-related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost, and scheduling targets.
Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone.
You have 5+ years of experience in managing global IT applications and working with IT Service Management concepts.
You are immersed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You possess creative thinking to solve problems and get things done.
You have outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
You are innovative in promoting positive team dynamics & collaboration within the team and other teams.
Proficient in the Azure DevOps toolset.
