We are looking for a In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Trainee to support our Quality Control Team based in San Lazzaro.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Support to the Production Area for quality problems or technical problems that can reduce the quality of the finished product; Control the correct implementation of quality assurance standards in production area; Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry requirements; Redact "not compliance" in the incoming area (packaging and food) and in the production area; Collaborate with Quality Assurance Office to investigate customer complaints and not-compliance issues; The profile requires Soft Skills Flexibility, proactivity and teamworking skills Strong propensity for listening, attention to details and analytical skills Technical skills Master's Degree student or Degree in Food Science and Technology Knowledge of Lean manufacturing Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI and database): intermediate level QA/GMP (concepts and methodologies) basic level Flexibility, proactivity and teamworking skills English and Italian Knowledge required What we offer you : Monthly reimbursement and free access to our canteen Welcome pack and laptop An idea acceleration mindset, where your ideas and opinions matter   Gruppo Montenegro is an organisation committed to equality and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for all our employees, consumers, partners, and communities.
