Terna is seeking a senior figure for the role of Investor Relations Market Specialist at its Rome office, to join the Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Sustainability Area.
The successful candidate, as Investor Relations Market Specialist , will be responsible for: Managing relations with the financial community, helping to define the Group's guidelines and strategies for financial communication; Supporting institutional investors and financial analysts in preparing predictive models and studies; Managing relations with institutional shareholders in the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) area; Preparing market analysis reports for top management.
Necessary requirements: Specialist degree in the economic-financial area; At least five years of prior professional experience in Investor Relations; Knowledge of the main corporate assessment methodologies; Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (level C1); Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and the Bloomberg Terminal; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work successfully in a team; Excellent initiative and a drive for innovation.
