The Analyst will be part of the team supporting Institutional Investors in the following activities: asset allocation, manager selection, define, develop and implement investment strategy, risk management and ESG integration.As a Mercer Intern you will support the Wealth & Investments team in all activities related to the calculation, analysis and monitoring on investments data and to the communication with investment managers and our clients, perform analysis with guidance and instruction;We will count on you to:Working in our Investment Consulting Team you will have the opportunity to:Execute calculation on investment data provided by our clients, checking of reportsCommunicate with investment managers on deep dives and on specific lines of investmentsPrepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modellingBe part of team that supports client in the selection of investment managersContribute to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, third partiesSupport to delivery of working documents (such us proposals, relations and manuals) of high quality and on timeSupport the preparation of presentations for clientsWhat you need to have?University master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar is preferred;Strong analytical, organizational and communication skillsA strong interest for Financial Services sector working with bank finance and insurance sector clients.Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);Fluency in both Italian and English languages;What makes you stand out:Initiative, proactivity, curiosity;Strong results orientation;Attention to details;Time management and ability to work on deadlines;Knowledge of digital, social/business networks.
