Our client is a global power generation company committed to new growth in renewable technologies. The firm seeks to acquire and operate power generation businesses worldwide, creating economic and social value through better operation. They are looking for a investment professional in M&A and Business Development to join their office based in Milan, Italy. What the job involves

Lead the analysis of M&A transactions and manage transaction work streams, including valuation, due diligence, and creation of investment memorandums
Manage due-diligence activities, including coordinating the work and milestones of external parties and the internal team assigned to the deal
Established track record in originating deals and having an existing network is advantageous
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop a growing pipeline of potential opportunities
Manage and guide analysts in the team
Who we are looking for

A professional with experience in originating and closing transactions in the renewable industry
Eager to work in a lean and flat organisation and have the interpersonal skills to manage horizontally within the company and on transaction teams
Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast growing, hardworking and dynamic organisation
Flexible to travel when required for a transaction
Fluent in English, any additional languages are advantageous
A degree from a top university preferably with a master's degree in finance, business, or equivalent
