**The Opportunity**:
Excellent role which should appeal to IBD/M&A Italian Associates looking for the step up to a US Brand.
You will join a market leading team
- working on M&A, Capital Markets and Leverage finance for top Italian clients
Team is sector agnostic but with particularly strong focus in TMT/ Consumer Retail/ Industrials and FIG
Traditional associate role
- you will be responsible for financial modelling, market analysis, project management, deal execution.
Preference for Associate 1/ Associate 2 level
Strong numerical skills and experience preparing presentations and IMs and overall M&A deal experience is essential
Modelling valuation skills (DCF, LBO, merger models) are important
