Your Mission: Optimize stock levels across multiple sites being responsible for setting inventory targets, monitoring stock levels, providing demand forecasting statistical data, coordinating the demand forecasting process across all the Business Units of the company, and developing strategies to reduce overstock and obsolescence in line with our sustainable strategy.
What You'll Do: Inventory & forecast reporting Inventory report (stock level & KPIs).
Define and share inventory targets and provide reports for monitoring.
Calculate and share MAPE index.
At a global level and at a business unit level.
Monitor the inventory level of each logistic hub, highlighting overstocks and slow-movers Inventory & demand forecasting Define and improve the forecast calculation model and manage improvement of the tools in use Estimate financial impact of launches on DSI Forecast inventory level and KPI for all the logistic hubs S&OP coordination & follow up on local logistic hubs Present Supply chain and inventory KPIs Facilitate S&OP meetings Coordinate inventory related meetings with Business Units Who You Are: Engineering / Mathematics master's degree Minimum 5 years of experience in the role or similar in International and structured companies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluent English, any additional language is a plus Analytical approach and strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and multitask between daily responsibilities and time-sensitive requests Problem solving, proactivity and attitude to "make things happen" Excellent oral and written communications skills Relationship and data analysis skills Ability to navigate complex environment High level of influencing and inspiring skills EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY In Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
