We are looking for an **Inventory Control Specialist** to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).
**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:
- Managing pre and post stock anomalies for the customer
- Managing return processes from dealers to Client (complaints, guarantees, rotations)
- Managing obsolescent material and excisable materials (oil and additives)
- Maintaining reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including regular counts and reconciliations, to meet the client's inventory accuracy standards
- Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected
- Monitoring and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal (productivity, absenteeism, quality) and external required by the customer contract
- Monitoring and manage KPIs of housekeeping, safety, and environment.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in engineering
- You are fluent in English
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office
- You preferably have previous experience in warehouse contexts
- You have problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
