We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).


YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Managing pre and post stock anomalies for the customer Managing return processes from dealers to Client (complaints, guarantees, rotations) Managing obsolescent material and excisable materials (oil and additives) Maintaining reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management Maintaining accurate inventory records, including regular counts and reconciliations, to meet the client's inventory accuracy standards Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected Monitoring and managing operational and Quality KPIs both internal (productivity, absenteeism, quality) and external required by the customer contract Monitoring and managing KPIs of housekeeping, safety, and environment. WHO YOU ARE: You preferably have a bachelor's degree in engineering You are fluent in English You are proficient with Microsoft Office You preferably have previous experience in warehouse contexts You have problem-solving and analytical skills You have excellent verbal and written communication skills DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
