No Offer Description Violence in romantic relationships over the Internet is a form of intimate partner violence perpetrated within a romantic relationship through new communication technologies (ICTs).
In recent decades, the use of ICTs has become a key aspect of romantic relationships; despite their positive effects on many relational processes, ICTs are also used to harm partners through direct and indirect attacks, defined as Cyber Dating Violence (CDV).
This project aims to: Conduct a review of the most recent literature on violence in romantic relationships, particularly that perpetrated through ICTs.
Identify the main correlates and predictors of CDV among adolescents and young adults using a mixed quantitative-qualitative methodology.
Highlight the key risk and protective factors.
Provide useful recommendations for developing prevention policies against violence in romantic relationships.
