**Level of experience**:Intern- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Intership - Global Strategy Assistant** to join its office in **Genoa, Italy** **within the Division.
**Mission**
- As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various administrative and support tasks that are critical to the role of a personal assistant.
**Key Accountabilities**
- During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and engage in the following activities:
- Scheduling appointments, managing event calendars, and sending reminders
- Handling correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Preparing meeting spaces for scheduled events, including arranging refreshments
**Education**
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Literature or Communication and Media
**Qualifications**
- A Master's or Bachelor's Degree is considered a plus
- Knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Be intuitive to the needs of the managers
- Proactive approach and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
