MissionAs an Executive Assistant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various administrative and support tasks that are critical to the role of a personal assistant.
Key AccountabilitiesDuring the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and engage in the following activities:
Scheduling appointments, managing event calendars, and sending remindersHandling correspondence on behalf of senior managementOrganizing travel arrangementsTyping, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentationsCopying, scanning, and faxing documentsPreparing meeting spaces for scheduled events, including arranging refreshmentsEducationHigh School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree in Literature or Communication and Media
