Internship Within The Collection Merchandising Man

**Position**:
The position is based in Roma.
As part of the Collection Merchandising Man RTW & Textiles Team, the intern will support the Manager in building up innovative and successful product, marketing stories and service strategies, to deploy performing products and engaged consumers.
**_ Training Path:_**
The intern will be focused on a new project and he/she will be involved in the following activities:
- Create trough a detailed analysis of the newest lifestyle trend the identikit of luxury Gen-Z client to catch new opportunities for RTW categories.
- Competition analysis focused on denim, jersey, activewear as great potential to recruit new young clients and to be integrated into collection brief to share with style dept.
- Follow up on social media and analysis of market trends on the web.
- Creation of a digital tool where to share images/ products/ articles to daily update.
- Supporting the team in identifying commercial opportunities for Gen-Z during sales campaign.
**Profile**:
- Degree in Business or Fashion, a prior experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Very detailed oriented, great energy and "can-do" attitude.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
