);Support the development of new creative propositions, scoping suitable information and briefing relevant stakeholders;Support the optimization of ongoing activities, including telemarketing operations and automated emails, working closely within data analytics and tech team;Develop Supporter Experience monthly performance reports (gathering, organizing and presenting data);Complete data monitoring/auditing processes (follow up daily/weekly reports, duplicate checks, reconciliation of data, imports, exports, etc.
);Attend meetings and webinars on relevant topics as available;Support with special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCECurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme from a recognized university OR recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate programme (within six months prior to the application to the internship programme) from a recognized university;University course attendance in the past 12 months.KNOWLEDGE SKILLSProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel - use of formulas, pivot tables etc.
).DesirableExperience in fundraising (particularly in Individual Giving or Supporter Care);Understanding of digital marketing, such as email.Required soft skillsStrong analytical skills;Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills;Ability to plan and organize work with reasonable supervision;Ability to take initiative to solve problems and seek solutions;Work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and international organization;Demonstrate ability to quickly shift from one task to another to meet multiple support needs;Uses tact and courtesy to give and receive information with a variety of individuals (people oriented);Motivated team spirit and contributed to an inclusive and sound working environment (team player).WORKING LANGUAGESExcellent written and spoken English is required (proficiency/level C)Excellent written and spoken German is requiredFluency in German, Arabic and/or French would be an asset.SUPERVISIONUnder the direct supervision of Regular Giving Specialist.TRAINING COMPONENTSThroughout their assignment WFP interns have access to an industry leading learning platform, weLearn.
