Position Overview:We are seeking an Intern Strategic Consultant for a position based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid work formula (offices based in Assago) for a 6-month curricular internship with the possibility to join our team permanently.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Learn how to manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the retail fashion industry. Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and lead generation activities.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs. Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with their goals.Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.Profile Requirement:Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.Positive approach and ability to work as a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in English and Italian is required.
