**YOUR ROLE**
We are looking for a Trainee in Fulfillment to join our team.
In this role, you will be fully integrated into the Sales-Fulfillment team, providing support to our international customers and various departments within ST.
Throughout the trainee program, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take ownership of challenging, business-focused tasks.
We offer hands-on experience across multiple departments and domains of interest.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams within our international Sales & Marketing organization.
Your initial assignment will be with the Sales-Fulfillment team within a diverse group of stakeholders from different backgrounds, expertise, cultures, and countries.
**Key Deliverables and Experiences Gained**
- **Customer Interface**:Serve as the primary liaison between assigned customers and STMicroelectronics.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work seamlessly with sales, planning, logistics, quality, accounting, marketing departments.
- **Comprehensive Supply Chain Services**:Provide end-to-end services within supply chain processes, including but not limited to managing customer order books ), order entries, orders portfolio changes and follow-ups on deliveries.
- **Product Monitoring and Delivery**:Ensure the correct product is delivered at the right price, in the correct quantity, at the right location, and on the target date, while minimizing costs by efficiently balancing customer needs with company resources such as capacity and stock.
- **Business Model Development**:Contribute to the development of business models with customers, focusing on optimizing or automating internal and external supply chain processes.
**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Fluency in German and/or French is an added advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Proficiency in computer skills, with daily use of Microsoft Office 365 being a prerequisite.
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is considered a significant advantage.
- **Results-Driven and Analytical**:Demonstrates a results-driven approach with strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- **Independence and Reliability**:Capable of working independently while being reliable and enjoying collaborative work with colleagues.
- **Adaptability and Stress Management**:Highly flexible and able to work effectively in high-stress situations, maintaining productivity and composure.
