WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will collaborate with your tutor in**:
- Support the team in the operational management of training actions and improvement of digital systems and tools relating to training processes.
- Support in the management of the analysis, communication and reporting activities of the training courses and in the coordination of the training activities provided worldwide.
- Collaborate in the design activities of both traditional and online training courses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in using Office.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or E learning platforms will be considered a plus.
