Responsibilities:Due Diligence: Assist in evaluating pipeline opportunities and drafting of presentations for the Investment Committee (IC).
Participate in various aspects of due diligence, including preparing and reviewing relevant transaction materials, with a focus on creating PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders.Deal Execution: Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes as well as active involvement in client facing situations.
Support the deal execution process by preparing investment memos, presentations, and transaction documentation.Investment Analysis: Support Analysts and Associates in building financial models to analyse potential investments, including projections, return analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.Market Research: Stay informed on private equity market trends, emerging investment themes, and industry developments, ensuring up-to-date information is reflected in presentation materials.Portfolio Monitoring: Help track the performance of existing investments and assist in the development of portfolio reports and internal performance updates.Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field from a top tier educational institution.At least 6 months full-time work experience.Demonstrated academic excellence (minimum 3.5 GPA, 2:1 Honours or equivalent).Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Driven, energetic and resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and has a positive mindset.Genuine interest in private equity, private credit, and alternative investments.
