Job Summary Aptar's Talent Management organization in EMEA is looking for a brilliant intern who will play an active role within the EMEA Talent Management team and will be involved in the regional Talent Development dynamics. The primary purpose of the internship will be to support the implementation of the full range of talent management services in order to meet the business needs. The role will support the evolution of employees' careers, together with the respective leadership, relying on the processes and tools designed for people development to meet both individual aspirations as well as current and future business needs. The resource will be based in Italy.
Key Responsibilities: Supports the yearly succession planning and people review processes in the region and in strong cooperation with other HR regions. Supports the annual performance appraisal process, helping the team provide an overview of the training and development needs. Provides a broad range of consultative services using the full set of development tools to most effectively address business requests (e.g. Individual Development Plans, Talent Assessments, Assignments Design, Professional Career Interviews, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.). Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of people development activities. Supports the Talent Pool related processes governance. Aligns and coordinates with other key Talent pillars to ensure full-service effectiveness to meet business needs. Profile – you will bring on the journey Education – Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent. Basics of Talent and Career Development tools. English high proficiency, a second language would be considered a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to work in a multicultural and diverse environment. Strong planning and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with the ability to learn on the job. Result oriented, open minded, agile and creative problem solver. Proactive, self-motivated and passion for challenges. Ability to travel up to 30%.
