**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management.
You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals.
It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone.

**Role Purpose**: The Market Research Internship has a key role in uncovering powerful consumer insights with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
The Market Research Internship will support for designing, planning and conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative consumer research studies as well as trends and competitive intelligence reports
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Participate in MKT Insight & Innovation daily life, by supporting the team in the analysis (both attitudinal and psychological understanding of the consumers), participation to focus groups and MKT workshops.
- Support in the implementation of new tools of 'Trends & Insights' scouting, analysing and summarize key trends of the market, web, retail, social media, etc
- Produce monthly trends reports
- Competitive Intelligence: searching, analysing the competitors' main activities (new offers, new advertising, sponsorships, testimonials, etc).
Maintain a continuous control of all MKT activities and perform benchmarking of the communication assets
- Produce relevant monthly report of competitive intelligence
- Support the MKT Research team to the main activities: from the internal brief, to the coordination of the whole project (ad hoc researches both qual and quant)
- Collect the company requests for market research and analysis (Adv pre-test, Brand Tracking, Consumer Segmentaiton, Co-relation analysis, etc)
- Manage the external suppliers (national/international)
- Reporting quality

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Marketing, Communication, Economic Degree or similar
- Master in Marketing will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Power Point
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
