What you will do
We are looking for aInternship Junior Contract Manager Support Specialistto join our team, who will provide support in respect of commercial transaction being involved in contractual work, review of documents.

How you will do it
Support of the CM to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions to secure our commercial position
Support in Draft and review a range of commercial contracts/contract amendments including the sale and purchase of equipment and services, sub-contracting, distribution and sales channel agreements, confidentiality agreements/NDAs and software licensing
Support in Preparation, drafting, standardization and maintenance of sample contracts, templates and general terms and conditions
Support small claims management

What we look for
Completed studies in the field of law preferably with a technical economic background or comparable
Fluent Italian and English
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent writing skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and results orientated

Location: Cinisello Balsamo (Milan)
