For the season 2025 we offer an exciting internship opportunity for hospitality school students who have preferably already had the chance to spend some time in 5* hotels.
This position is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in hotel quality standards.
The intern will assist the Operations team in maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
The internship is due to start at the beginning of April 2025 and should last approx.
6 months.
Key Responsibilities: LQA Support: Assist with LQA preparation, including documentation review, staff training, and mock audits.
Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks in various hotel departments (e.g., rooms, F&B, front desk) to ensure adherence to standards.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze LQA scores and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Training Materials: Assist in developing and updating training materials related to the hotel quality standards.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Project Support: Participate in quality improvement projects as assigned.
Requirements Current enrollment in a hospitality, tourism, or business-related degree program.
Strong interest in quality management and the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Fluent knowledge of both Italian and English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
