Internship in Employee Engagement & Employer Branding Your Tasks and Educational Objectives: • Support the overall planning, organization, and implementation of Kedrion's Internal Communications activities.• Work closely with the Internal Communications team to ensure successful implementation of communication projects and campaigns.• Support communication activities that have both local and international outreach within Kedrion.• Help building internal and external employer branding initiatives around the company vision, mission, values, and purpose to foster Kedrion's corporate culture • Support with Internal Communications related texts (copy), newsletters, Intranet and Internet, MS SharePoint updates, townhall preparations and other communication tasks.• Support the coordination of communication projects and campaign within all affiliates, ensuring consistent use of assets and contents across all channels.
Requirements • Studies in Communication, Corporate or Internal Communications, Human Resources or Business Administration.• Interest in business communications, particularly in the pharma industry.• Deep knowledge of MS Office and particularly its Sharepoint applications is essential.• Knowledge of graphics and video-editing software (Adobe suite, Canva, etc.)
