Your Responsibilities You will support the HRBPs in the following activities: Training development initiatives as required, including roll-out of local induction; Define and manage training needs and related relationship with providers; Graduate recruitment process for all the functions; Manage the whole internal communication process (organizational announcements, newsletter, Wellbeing and Diversity Inclusion initiatives); Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose.
