The segment **Talent & Rewards** comprises practices in executive compensation, rewards and performance management, communication, talent management, sales force effectiveness change management, organizational effectiveness and HR function strategy and service delivery.
The Rewards practice provides the **strategy,** **design** and **execution** support for pay and other reward programs to help clients optimize their rewards spent and ensure their programs drive the behaviors and performance required to meet key business goals.
Within this practice, our sales effectiveness and rewards service line focus on sales force productivity and incentives to drive profitable growth.
Our solutions cut across the employment lifecycle, from attracting and deploying talent to managing and rewarding employees' performance to developing their skills and providing relevant career paths to help retain and engage them over time.
The Role:
We're looking for an intern for our Executive Compensation & Reward Services team: her/his main goal will be managing of the most important local **compensation & benefits survey**, industry focused, mainly within the financial sector, or cross-sector.
The Requirements:
- Degree and/or master's in business administration or Finance, including the HR Management stream being much appreciated
- Previous experience in dealing with compensation & benefits surveys is a plus
- **Excellent knowledge** (C1/C2) of the English language
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to see the big picture through factual evidence
- Good communicator: mainly ability being to persuade internal clients and, as a second step, to deal with clients and prospects
- Ability to work independently within the assigned tasks and a certain level of proactive behaviors are requested
