Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
Role Purpose
As a GenAI Developer Intern, you will assist in developing, testing, and optimizing AI models, focusing on generative technologies like GPT and BERT. You'll work on real projects, collaborating with experienced AI professionals to enhance Vodafone's AI capabilities.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Model Development: Support the development and fine-tuning of GenAI models.
Data Handling: Prepare and process data for model training.
Integration & Testing: Assist in integrating and testing AI models in existing systems.
Research & Innovation: Contribute to research on the latest AI advancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the AI team to deliver impactful solutions.
Key performance indicators:compliance with deadlines (for example % of material delivered within defined time)
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Programming: Proficient in Python; experience with AI frameworks like Langchain.
AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of machine learning and NLP.
Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have: Experience in Cloud developing like Azure, Fluent in English
