Main Activities
The candidate will be included in Pirelli's Corporate Affairs department and will focus on issues of Italian Corporate Law.

The candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Managing the organization of all the Corporate Bodies (Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Statutory Auditors and Committees)Preparation of documents necessary for the conduct of corporate eventsMinutes all the meetings of the Corporate BodiesRequirements M.Sc.
