Based in our Headquarter in **Carpi (MO),** we would like to include a** Controller Intern **that will strengthen the **Controlling and Reporting Team** and will be part of the ongoing evolution of our processes and procedures.
This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or fresh graduate who is willing to take on a **6-month** experience and to be part of our team.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Contribute to several day-to-day activities such as planning, controlling and reporting across our channels of trade (Wholesale, Retail, Internet);
- Analyze current and historical trends in business KPIs, providing meaningful insight and suggestions for deeper analysis;
- Support the preparation of the monthly financial reporting;
- Focus on specific areas for deep learning such as inventory, standard costing, purchase variances analysis;
- Be a valuable support to your manager in handling his/her core daily activities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or similar;
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to handle with stress and tight deadlines, by acting flexibly and thoughtfully, and by prioritizing tasks;
- Driven and self-motivated team player.
