SkyMinder is a Business Information platform powered by CRIF, providing access to in-depth credit and financial data on companies worldwide. Job Overview: SkyMinder is seeking an intern to support our Content & Quality team in managing operational activities and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will assist in order management and handle related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a client-oriented attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: Assist the operations team with order management and processing. Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service support. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage and maintain accurate records of orders and transactions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics 365 (preferred). Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian, Japanese, and Chinese will be considered a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately. Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Proactive and able to identify problems and recommend solutions. Able to multitask and manage time effectively. Education and Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Language, or related fields. Prior experience in customer service or operations preferred but not required.
