You will join the Compliance function and will be trained to ensure that the company's operations adhere to the requirements set out by Legislative Decree no.
231 of 2001, the Anticorruption program, and internal policies.
The internship offers hands-on experience in monitoring compliance activities, preparing reports, and developing a deep understanding of implementation of compliance programs.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will support in:
Updating and implementing the 231 Models and the Anticorruption program of Pirelli companies;Drafting minutes, reports, and presentations related to monitoring activities carried out on compliance programs;Supporting the activities of the Supervisory Body ("Organismo di Vigilanza");Organizing training activities concerning anticorruption and compliance with laws;Liaising with internal functions to ensure compliance in day-to-day activities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Law, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
