And the ability to create value through this is our goal.Who we are looking for We are currently looking for an Intern who will be involved in an innovative project of collections efficiency management, taking part in the implementation of a merchandising project based on digital tools able to innovate the product lifecycle management approach.
Location: Padua.The internship will be focused on the following activities: -Managing data base relate to product performances on a portfolio level, highlighting to evaluate the assortment overlaps or white spaces and opportunities-Providing researches on relevant competitors in key markets to guide Brand Managers choices both in term of fashion trend and prices.-Working on the collection size analytics to get recommendations for Brand Managers in term of new styles to be developed per season and styles to be phase out.-Collaborating with Brand Managers in seasonal definition of core assortment of each brand-Testing the forecasting model implementation -Overseeing the product data quality and helping the process relative to data cleaning-Monitoring efficiency KPIs on a monthly basis-Developing primary analysis on collection productivity deepening on markets and channels to identify the main factors contributing to the general results-Working in synergy sales operation among Safilo branches to support the implementation of the new merchandising project at a country levelYou are the person we are looking for if: You are graduating (or already have a degree) in economics, management engineering, or statistical disciplinesYou are interested in an experience strongly integrated both with the Brand Management and Data& Analytics teams.You have excellent analytical and statistical skillsYou have a passion for the digital worldYou are a precise and accurate personYou are fluent in English What we offer: A working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skillsA Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work-life balance (2 days a week / free location)
