**YOUR ROLE**:
- Assist with the planning and development of digital activities & social media content, in direct coordination with agencies and other service providers/clients
- Handle community management on social media for various professional haircare brands
- Definition and creation of local newsletters, adapting the international content
- Assist with the planning and development of smaller content productions; edit and refine video/photo content, ensuring fit with brand guidelines and content objectives
- Support the implementation of new website features
- Support clients and internal teams in the realization of various online marketing activities
- Collaborate with PR agencies and magazines; adapt press releases and implement a PR advertisement plan
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Master Degree in Marketing/Communication/Business
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian is mandatory
- First experiences in the field of digital marketing, particularly with social media & websites
- High interest in the beauty and haircare industry and a passion for the digital world
- Good copywriting and content creation skills. Creative mindset
- Reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
- Knowledge of Adobe apps is a plus (Adobe XD, Lightroom, Adobe Experience Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is a plus
- Available for 6-month internship
