Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management.

Facilitate mutual intelligence exchange between artificial (TOBi) and human (Agents)As a member of SuperAgent Squad, theCustomer Products & Processes Project Manager is in charge of all phases of projects related create and maintain the Agent Digital Shelf:
Scout (tools, capabilities, solutions), Design, Execute and Delivery, Measure (last step very crucial).Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Has a strong focus on continuous improvement and simplification with an omnichannel approach;-Will manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex project in order to deliver new products and processes fitting Agent (and consequently business) needs;-Have a good grasp of the basics of project management, and the personality and experience to be the "point of reference" person for the various projects;-Is a key enabler for the success of an engagement, orchestrating internal resources staff in virtual teams;-Has a passion for customers that is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Is Digital Addicted and innovation hungry:
has a natural propension to experiment and learn fast, working strictly together in an enlarged team;
- A.I,, RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
- High customer experience understanding;
- Customer Experience Passionate;
- Problem-solving attitude Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Project management skills;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a plus
