International Sales Director Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage SystemsPramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for an international commercial leader for the Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Systems Business Group that will promote our products across all our 17 subsidiaries.
The International Sales Director will be accountable for:
Hit the revenues and margin target on its product range;Provide market feedback and strategic view to the Product Management and R&D teams in order to develop new products/features to increase our market share in the segment;Grow the business taking care directly of some key accounts;Guide and coach the salesforce in the subsidiaries in order to gain market share on the Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Systems;Execute the strategy locally, chasing the identified channel;Develop knowledge of market trends, customer needs, competitor pricing strategy;Recommend and execute promotional activities including product launches, marketing campaigns, and trade shows;Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends through your network of customers, attendance at industry association meetings, seminars, trade functions, etc.Background and Experience: Technical Degree Preferred;At least 10 years of Sales & Marketing management leadership experience;A proven, significant sales track record of results in the Commercial and Industrial Energy business dealing with dealers and EPC in energy-related products (solar inverters, energy storage, energy efficiency, UPS, power generation);Candidates coming from the Battery Energy Storage Solution would be preferred.Competencies and Qualification: Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Excellent cross-functional communication skills;Self-starter with a 'Can-Do' attitude;Team player that can be counted on to help when required;Ability to work in a team and reliability;History of budget management;IT knowledge: Windows/Office Software, Microsoft Office Suite;Languages: English fluent, German or other second EU language is preferred;Good technical understanding.If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
