Rome Business School is looking for an **International Relations Coordinator** to further develop and manage valuable relationships with international business schools and universities inside the growing international relations team.
**_What will your day-to-day work consist of?_**
- Develop, manage and maintain relationships with the current International School partners of the Rome Business School in the International Mobility Area
- Promotion of the Rome Business School mobility programs: International Bootcamps, International Study Tours and Incoming Students from other intistutions
- Promote the Rome Business School bootcamps offer to students and International partners by managing all the steps of the before, during and after delivery of the programs
- Promote and sell customized International weeks programs to International delegations, working closely with the academic team to develop offers that address the needs of partner schools
- Promote and finalize Partnerships with other Business schools and univeristies to aquire incoming students for the academic year at Rome Business School
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress and performance of International Relations Mobility Area and activities inside the team
- Organization of events related to the promotion of the mobility programs along with participation in networking events to promote the Rome Business School and its International offer
- Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract new partner schools and organizations
- Support and delivery of the mobility programs in Italy and abroad, by accompanying the students as a team leader in the selected destinations
**_What would we like to see in your CV?_**
- Degree in International Relations, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- C1+ level of English as fluent in Italian. Any additional spoken language will be evaluated as a plus
- Excellent use of the Office Package, with particular attention to Excel and PowerPoint. Preferably familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, OneDrive, Atenea CRM, Moodle Platform, BalckBoard Platform, MailUp. Any additional IT skill will be evaluated as a plus
- 1+ years of significant experience in international relations field, preferably in an academic or training context
