Responsibilities Develop and lead a high-performing international recruitment team.
Establish and maintain a global network of recruiters and recruitment partners.
Provide guidance and support to regional recruitment managers to ensure alignment with global recruitment strategies.
Design and implement standardized recruitment processes and best practices across all regions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the international recruitment team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Coordinate with regional teams to identify and address recruitment challenges and opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand the talent pool.
Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between regional and central recruitment teams.
Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in international recruitment efforts.
Ensure compliance with international employment laws and regulations across all recruitment activities.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in an international recruitment role.
Proven track record of successful international hires.
Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Experience with AI tools and technologies used in recruitment processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
