Role Overview: We are looking for a qualified International Pricing & Market Research Analyst with strong industry awareness and solid background to sustain our growth and enhance our competitiveness according to the internal model of competitive advantage principles.
In this role you will play a crucial part in augmenting our distinctive capabilities and optimising the use of both our tangible and intangible resources deployed to create our products.
This will be a cross-functional role linked to different strategically relevant business functions and primary business value chain activities among which are Marketing, Production, and Logistics.

Role Responsibilities: Use statistical analysis of historical data, current sales and market trends, and macroenvironmental conditions to inform pricing decisions.
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable initiatives.
Perform reliable and valid market research and analyse statistical data by using modern and traditional methods aimed at formulating reports and making sound recommendations.
Review existing price options, mix, and capabilities to make informed recommendations on pricing adhering to company standards.
Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure a consistent and accurate approach to pricing.
Analyse actual Vs forward pricing rate variances and recommend forward pricing rate updates.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.
Provide performance analysis of pricing initiatives at the service and account level.
Determine the best course of action when preparing price increases/adjustments.
Responsibility for knowledge sharing key intra-portfolio insights among peer team and Revenue Management leadership team as needed.
Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Relevant experience in participating in pricing strategy formulation & managing relevant functions.
Strong understanding of the international multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and partner with the business.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
