NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.
NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of International Partnerships & Strategic Business Assistant.
The successful candidate will join the International Partnerships & Strategic Business team in Milan. Reporting to the International Partnerships & Strategic Business Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our International Certificate Programs. Responsibilities include monitoring enrollments, preparing reports, and handling certificate issuance. The International Partnerships & Strategic Business Assistant will assist in updating course materials and will contribute to various departmental activities, such as tutoring, building connections with institutions, and strengthening existing partnerships. Additionally, the role encompasses administrative and project support tasks, including coordinating webinars, preparing materials, and managing day-to-day activities. This role also involves contributing to market mapping and identifying potential partnership opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with institutions aligned with NABA's strategic goals.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
Regularly monitor enrollment figures on the online platform, ensuring they align with projected targets.Prepare and compile dashboards and reports on student progress, enrollment trends, and satisfaction levels (NPS) within the International Certificate Program. Reports should highlight enrollment statistics, progress metrics, and satisfaction data, presented in a clear, actionable format to drive program improvements.Oversee the timely dispatch of final certificates to partner campuses, managing the processing of graduation reports to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery.Coordinate with partner institution representatives to confirm receipt of certificates, following up as necessary.Assist in updating and organising the PPT digital books for design courses in the International Certificate Program.Review and assess existing materials, identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with instructors to develop new resources as needed.Tutor's activities & operations such as welcome and coordinate groups of international students for customised training at the NABA campus by ensuring five-star treatment per the academy standards and, ultimately, student satisfaction.Nurture relationships with existing partnerships.Support in day-to-day tasks, including (but not limited to) administrative work, support in project coordination and roll-out plan monitoring, and webinar arrangement.Support in designing effective presentations and informative materials.Support in identifying and developing new relations with international institutions and in accordance with the overall International Partnerships strategy; analysis and study the assigned area partner positioning and offer.Requirements: The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills:
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in culture and diversity.Familiarity with various software programs, including Microsoft Office, advanced PowerPoint skills, and experience with CRM systems and practices.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.C1 level proficiency in English.Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within an academic or educational environment.Flexibility and enthusiasm as a team player, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various partners.Familiarity with NABA's mission and environment is a plus.Work location: Milano
