International Operations Specialist About us: Founded on the dream and insight of three sports journalists in 1945, Sisal was the first Italian company to operate in the gaming and betting industry as a government licensee.

What you'll do: You will join the International Business Unit, in particular the International Transition and Operations Team , reporting to the International Head of Transition and Operations; You will have the opportunity to: Engage in the governance of the operations' processes (customer care, logistics and warehousing, field maintenance) for Sisal's International subsidiaries; Be involved in projects aimed at continuously improving and evolving Sisal's International subsidiaries operations processes, stimulating cross-fertilization among countries and sharing of best practices; According to your learning path, you could be involved in projects aimed at launching new international subsidiaries, including the Transition process from Incumbent Operators.
Who you are: You have 1-2 years of experience in structured contexts, such as management consulting firms; You have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration; You are proficient in English; You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point); You are flexible, proactive, organized, lateral thinker; You have an attitude to manage complex projects, interacting with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders.
Preferably, you also have: Good knowledge of French Language; Previous experience in the Customer Care processes; Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies; Data analysis skills.

Location: Italy, Milan.
You will be based in Sisal HQ (Milan, Italy) in a hybrid work (2-3 days per week remotely).
You will be traveling abroad in Sisal subsidiaries, on average on a monthly basis.
