**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for an International Mobility Specialist in Italy to perform IM and HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures.
Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools.
**You will**:
- Provide IM expertise to the business and support to local PBPs, managers and employees in IM related matters.
- IM Specialist will be responsible for efficient management of assignees within Italy, via the following areas:
- To be the main point of contact for the relocation vendor, reviewing data, performance, joining projects
- Provide consolidated area highlights/stats during governance meetings and reviews
- Ensure compliance to IM programs/directives/guidelines
- Is responsible for the cascading IM updates, training or relevant information to the country in a timely manner.
- Is responsible for collation of IM data (e.g.
benchmark, immigration, etc.
data) from the country
- Be second line support in IM related matters for the country
- A driver in aligning local IM processes and policies whilst adhering to the Global guidelines.
This includes the country in setting up of processes/policies (e.g.
reporting
- start and termination of LTAs, reporting of vacation days and home travel).
- Participates/leads IM projects and other team initiatives and projects as assigned
- Facilitate the quarterly Pension Recharge Process for LTA population
- Provide Support and functional expertise in Human Resources policies and processes
- Provide and deliver actual and easily accessible information about HR processes, products and terms of employment
- Handle HR inquiries in a proactive and service-oriented manner
- Analyze, categorize and log the received inquiries according to defined procedures
- Handle complaints and feedback
- Proactively collect, study, and share relevant HR information with colleagues
- Provide operational knowledge to projects
Stakeholders
Italy People Head, Global IM Team, local PBPs, LAS, mobility vendors (taxation, relocation, immigration, medical insurance, etc)
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area
- Experience of expatriate assignment, relocation assignment experience, Global Immigration experience or a combination is welcome
- Knowledge and understanding of: immigration, stakeholder management
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality of information.
- Good inter-personal & oral/ written communication skills.
- A high degree of customer orientation and sensitivity of employee issues.
- Proactive, service oriented mind-set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent English and Italian skills
