We will count on you to: Advise our clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships;Account management responsibilities;Project management of national and international consulting projects focusing on international compensation and participation in national and international project teams;Identify market trends and customer needs and support the evolution of Mercer products and services;Hold presentations and external lectures, conduct seminars, write articles and conduct marketing activities.
What you need to have: Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar;2 – 4 years of professional experience in the field of international compensation and/or mobility/secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy;Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and/or Global Mobility services;Fluency in both Italian and English;Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook);Strong analytical, processing and data-driven aptitude and skills.
