What you'll do: You will join the International HR Team and report directly to the Head of International HR. You will work closely with the teams of the International Departments to support in the development and implementation of HR strategies to align with business objectives and drive organizational success. You will consult with management on a regular basis, providing guidance on various people-related matters, including administrative tasks, onboarding and induction procedures, learning and development activities, performance management, salary reviews, and recruiting processes. You will educate, coach, and partner with managers. You will manage projects by developing and defining project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the Head of International HR, management, and stakeholders. This includes creating comprehensive project plans, leading and coordinating project staff and resources to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are upheld, continuously monitoring project progress, and providing detailed scheduled reports on measurable items (e.g., milestones and deliverables). You will also proactively communicate the status, issues, and risks, manage the budget and forecast to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements. Your focus will be on supporting the International Team in Milan (30%) and leading business growth abroad (70%) through HR projects to align all countries to Group processes, procedures & policies. As an HR Business Partner, your role will involve collaborating with local Italian (ITA) managers and HR teams abroad to address employee needs, promote a positive work culture, and drive organizational success. Who you are: You have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles within structured environments, preferably in fast-paced industries or consulting firms. You hold a degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field. You possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (O365). You demonstrate exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. You have a solid understanding of change management and performance evaluation processes. You exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills. You are adaptable, innovative, and able to anticipate events while managing high-pressure situations and tight deadlines. You are flexible and willing to undertake international business trips as needed for meetings, training, or other HR-related activities (approximately 30% of your working time). Countries may include Morocco, Turkey, and potentially others in the future. You are proficient in both English and French. Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in International Companies and fast moving environment.
