APR, international headhunting firm, is thrilled to represent an historic and prestigious F&B company based in Bologna with an international outlook.
In this role, just being created and waiting for you, you will oversee the international inbound and outbound materials and products stream, maximizing customer satisfaction whilst managing costs and risks.
In this continuously growing, transforming and innovative context, you will pilot the design of the network of suppliers and transport solutions and in particular:
- Manage the negotiations of transport and distribution contracts,
- Maintain the Company highest standards and evolve in a continuous improvement vision to increase the level of service to final customers (including but not limited to OTIF),
- Develop and control the relevant metrics and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities in a Lean vision,
- Be proactive and issue structured recommendation to the Business when you see an opportunity to optimize flows or processes,
- Keep an eye on the market for innovative and disruptive solutions that might boost the Company's distribution strategy efficiency.
