What you'll do:You will join the team of Planning & Control following in particular the International Business reporting directly to the International Controlling Senior Manager.You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:Coordinating the closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting;Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meetingSupport in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries;Support and coordination in the implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries;Interfacing with the main corporate functions in order to support the transition phases for the new business;Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for the new tenders; Who you are:You have at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions;You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering;You have excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle);You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written;You are a team worker, flexible and proactive;You know how to manage task and projects autonomously, you have strong analytical skills and you're able to relate and speak at executive level; Preferrably, you also have:Availability for travel;Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion;What we offer you/you can expect from us: Permanent contract?; ??Hybrid work?;An inclusive place to work;Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone; Meal Allowance; Supplemental Health Insurance.
