As an International Controller , you will report directly to the Group Controller Director. The primary responsibility is to support the International Business team with financial insights, aiming to achieve Group financial targets and equip the international team with the necessary tools to monitor and enhance business performance. YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF : Financial Insight Support: Providing financial insights to the International Business team to help achieve Group financial targets. This involves supplying the team with tools to monitor business performance effectively. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the monthly International Business Unit's P&L and turnover, ensuring these values are accurately shared through Bauli's systems. Budget and Forecasting: Leading the BU International budget and financial forecasting processes. This includes analyzing variances, assessing risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with Group financial goals. Commercial Opportunity Evaluation: Supporting sales and marketing activities in designing value chains and defining prices to ensure they meet Bauli Group's marginality targets. This involves a business-oriented mindset to evaluate commercial opportunities and support decision-making processes. Business Review and Meetings: Participating in business review and sales meetings, providing reports and financial insights to guide discussions and strategic decisions. Transfer Pricing: Implementing the Group's transfer price policy, defining pricing structures, and ensuring their correct application. Coordination and Support to International Branches: Supporting Bauli subsidiaries' financial activities by coordinating the local team. This includes supporting local management and coordinating local finance teams in activities impacting group financial processes, such as monthly and yearly closings and participating in the annual financial audit.
