We have always been committed to making the best glasses possible to enable people to enjoy the beauty of life in all its forms.A unique brand portfolio that includes proprietary brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue Eyewear, Persol, Oliver Peoples, and prestigious licensed brands such as Giorgio Armani, Burberry, Bulgari, Chanel, Valentino and Versace is among Luxottica's core strengths.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising senior talent to join our Group!As Construction Project Manager you will have to manage the following activities:Supervision of the design, planning and construction phases of the new foreign business units, in the Plant and Infrastructure area; Design review during all phases of the project, with the local professional company, in compliance with the ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and the current legislation of the country in which it operates; Provide technicalspecifications and detailed technical-economic analyses, aimed at defining the design requirements, necessary for the correct execution of the works and/or services; Drafting of site progress reports, necessary for the correct monitoring of activities in continuous dialogue with the Client; Coordination and management of the construction site for the correct sequence of material procurement, necessary for the different construction phases of the work; Management of thebudget associated with the project, allocating the respective resources in order to achieve the expected quality standards, from the design phase to that of construction and commissioning; Technical alignment of competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and the Procurement office, in the definition of contractors; Monitoring and reporting of project progress to be allocated to all stakeholders involved in the project with the sharing of any problems and related solutions; Management of possible variations and modifications that may be necessary to achieve the required outputs.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEEach and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
