Partner with the best As Internal Moving Supervisor, you will coordinate team and activities regarding all plant internal moving.
The Internal Moving Supervisor recommends and schedules overtimes needed, ensures compliance with company policies, and maintains department records as required.
Requires working overtime and responding to emergency call-outs when necessary.
Must be flexible with shift assignment and be able to work in any department.
May give feedback on employee's performance.
As Internal Moving Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority.
Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e., Ideas and Concerns).
Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engaging, if necessary, the relevant Support Function.
Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation.
Supporting operators activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF, Engineering Department, and HSE team; Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition.
Supporting line performance KPIs guaranteeing line accounting (i.e., DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…).
Supporting Digital Transition in the Shop (EWI, MIC, MES-AEC).
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a high school diploma / GED and at least 3-4 years of experience as logistic operators.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
