Internal Medicine Sr Medical Affairs Scientist Primary Care (PC) Medical Affairs colleagues are experts with a deep knowledge of their therapeutic area and their medicines. Physicians and other health care professionals and stakeholders view them as peers, and PC colleagues as partners. In Primary Care Medical Affairs, we provide our customers with accurate and clinically relevant information about our medicines that help them make the right treatment decisions through data generation and dissemination and peer-to-peer interactions. We also generate actionable insights on our medicines and the evolving clinical reality and collaborate with our colleagues to ensure that they are reflected in PC decisions and plans.
Pfizer is hiring a Passionate, Talented, Innovative, Charismatic Medical Affair Scientist (MAS) in Medical Affairs Department Italy. The hiring of the Internal Medicine MAS fits the iTALent purpose, providing a growth and development opportunity to lead scientific innovation in our Therapeutic Areas (TA). The Internal Medicine MAS will report to the Italy Primary Care Medical Lead.

The Internal Medicine MAS is a permanent member of the PC Italy Medical Affairs organization. The Medical Affairs Department has the responsibility to maximize the pipeline and in-line portfolio development PC. Internal Medicine MAS will be responsible for Neurology, Cardiology, and other Therapeutic Areas in pipeline.

Support for scientific congresses, satellite symposia including attendance and follow-up, promotional materials strategy Responsibility for medical activities at national level referred to the TA strategy Organization of consulting processes within the team and the headquarter (Medical and Commercial relevant functions) Provides scientific and medical data to leading health professionals, also to support decision-making by institutions and decision-makers Contributes to the selection of research locations in collaboration with clinical operations according to Pfizer SOPs and Policies What You Offer
Medicine Degree required Relevant TA (Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine) experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred Experience in clinical research is strongly preferred Excellent and proven scientific and technical expertise (incl. clinical studies management, ad boards) Ability to work with cross-functional colleagues Excellent English and local language Adherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy Other Job Details:
